"Nobody is too busy to talk about themselves" is exactly what I needed to hear. Sometimes it's just one phrase that hits you and you realise what you've been doing wrong! I did realise that by 'saving somebody's time' I might come across as abrupt and uninterested in the person. Although the title says "Building a Business" this material is definitely for ALL areas of life.

This course had a lot of REALLY valuable mindset tips and just those in-between-the-lines type of information that you would never know unless you've experienced it. A lot of great practical tips! It would be nice if there was a little bit more time spent on how to generate customers/clients that are cold leads, but overall, great course! I will definitely go back and study it again as I apply.
